Take the day to settle in, enjoy the property,
and soak in the beauty of the Chianti hills.
ATTIRE
No formal dress code. Light dresses, linen shirts, or shorts and sandals are perfect. Feel free to wear swimwear and cover-ups if you plan to lounge by the pool.
The weather is typically warm and sunny in late August,
so bring sunglasses, hats, and light fabrics for comfort.
GIORNO II
FESTA DI BENVENUTO ALL’OLIVETO
SEPTEMBER 1, 2026
Join us as we welcome our families and loved ones in our favorite place in the world - surrounded by olive trees, Tuscan hills, and beautiful sunset light. We’ll celebrate with a relaxed pizza party under the stars!
ATTIRE
Women: Light, summery cocktail or garden-party dresses - think flowy fabrics, floral or neutral tones. Block heels, wedges, or chic flats are best for walking comfortably.
Men: Linen or cotton shirts (long or rolled-up sleeves) with light trousers
or chinos is our suggestion!
Additional Notes
Evenings can be cool in September, so we recommend
bringing a light jacket, wrap, or shawl!

IL MATRIMONIO
SEPTEMBER 2, 2026
Join us as we say “I do” surrounded by the breathtaking vineyards and hills of Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany. The ceremony will take place at the Terrazza Belvedere, overlooking the sunset and the Tuscan rolling landscapes.
ATTIRE
Women: Elegant dress code - long or midi dresses in soft, neutral, or jewel tones that suit a romantic outdoor evening. Block heels or wedges are recommended.
Men: Dark-colored suits (navy, charcoal, or black) with dress shoes. Ties are optional.
HOW TO GET TO
LE FILIGARE
Our wedding will take place at Le Filigare, a beautiful wine estate nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, Italy. Getting there is part of the magic, every turn brings another postcard-perfect view of vineyards,
olive groves, and golden countryside.
BY PLANE:
You can arrive through one of two airports:
Florence Airport (Peretola – FLR):
By car: From Florence Airport, take the A1 highway toward Rome, exit at Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, and follow the scenic road to Barberino Tavarnelle / Le Filigare. The drive takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
By bus: If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Porta al Prato in Florence to San Donato Centro, and then take a short 10-minute taxi ride to Le Filigare.
Rome Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci – FCO):
By car: From the Rome Airport, take the A1 highway north toward Florence (Firenze)
and exit at TavarnelleVal di Pesa.The drive takes approximately 3 hours by car.
By train: From Rome, the easiest route is to take a high-speed train to Florence, connect by bus to Tavarnelle or San Donato, and then take a short 10-minute taxi ride to Le Filigaree.
We highly recommend renting a car for your time in Tuscany. It’s the fastest and most convenient way to reach the wedding venue, and it also allows you to explore nearby villages, enjoy the vineyards, and take in the region’s beauty at your own pace.
